HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Weight loss can be difficult sometimes.

There are different types of diet plans available, in general most are either low fat/low calorie or low carbohydrate diets.
Though the final result may be similar, the low carbohydrate diet is associated with faster initial weight loss and may have longer results.

The low fat/low calorie would require reduction or elimination of : juices, carbonated sodas (can use the diet ones), fried foods, fatty foods - use low fat options, increased intake of fruits and vegetables. Use of a lot of water

The low carb would require- elimination of sodas, juices-again can use diet
Reduction in carbs- rice/potatoes/pasta/bread/flour products
Increase intake of vegetables, salads
Avoid skipping meals because this causes overeating later

You can read up on each and decide which would best suit you.

I hope this helps
