Premature Delivery, Dark Bleeding, Cramps, Sexually Active. Normal Symptoms?

hi i went into hospital on june 11 i was 22 weeks preg and my water broke due to cervix openin which caused me to have the babies premature. friday the 20 of july i noticed a few dark blood drops in my underware and bad cramps all day and yesterday. And then today no cramping just like one drop in panties is this normal since i still have not had a period i have been sexually active (10 and 19th of this month)

Thanks for writing to us.
In my opinion you should go for one home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first.
if it is negative you can consult a gynaecologist and get your examination and ultrasonography test to be done to rule out the cause.
If pregnancy is ruled out then it may be due to hormonal changes.
