Pregnant with low back pain and cramping, nausea, loose stools and contractions. Spotting. Early labor?

I am 37 weeks. I lost my mucus plug yesterday afternoon and had some spotting. Last night I started having low back pain and menstrual like cramping. Today I have been extra sweaty, nauseas with loose stools and having contractions. Last week I was told that I was 50% effaced and dilated 2 cm. Could I be in early labor?
