Pregnant With Low Back Pain And Cramping, Nausea, Loose Stools And Contractions. Spotting. Early Labor?
I am 37 weeks. I lost my mucus plug yesterday afternoon and had some spotting. Last night I started having low back pain and menstrual like cramping. Today I have been extra sweaty, nauseas with loose stools and having contractions. Last week I was told that I was 50% effaced and dilated 2 cm. Could I be in early labor?

Yes your symptoms suggests you could be in a early labour.
You need to consult your Obstetrician if you experience
a. pain in the uterus every 5 min,
b. leaking per vagina,
c. spotting or bleeding per vagina and
d. decreased fetal movements.
Keep a watch on fetal movements in between the contractions.
