Hi,
Congratulations on your pregnancy. Glucophage cannot be stopped suddenly in pregnancy; it has to be replaced with insulin in consultation with your doctor or it can be continued as no fetal anomalies have so far been reported with its use and also it helps to prevent miscarriages. Aspirin is not preferred in pregnancy though it is given for prevention of miscarriages. You can take natural remedies for your cold but avoid medication as far as possible. Please consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck.
