Pregnant, Allergic To Dairy Products, Sneezing, Sinus Infection On Drinking Milk. Calcium Supplements Required?

Hi doctor, my question is I am allergic of dairy products like milk and yogurt. I am 4 months pregnant. Should I take calcium supplements? Whenever I take drink milk I get extreme sneezing and sinus . M so worried coz at this stage of pregnancy I am not suppose to skip dairy products. Also suggest me some prenatal vitamins . I ll be thankfull. Regards

hello dear,
if you are allergic you must not take milk and milk products.
calcium is must. you have to take atleast 500mg calcium daily. apart from this you should take folic acid tablets and iron capsule daily , this should be enough.
dont go for multivitamins.
