hi am suma. i have 11 mnths baby , now i m pregnt. my doctor sugest to use mifeprin 1 tablt at early mng 6 o clock and another one is zitotec 200 tablt at evening 6 o clock...but this zitotec tablt keeps on vasina.....every 3 hrs it will be use....how many times to take this zitotec tablt through vasina...?after usage of dis tablts how much time to take coming periods?

Initially, you can insert 2 cytotec tab inside vagina at 3 hrs interval. After that, you need to wait 48 hrs to get vaginal bleeding.
If your period does not start, you must consult with your gynecologist. Repeat dose may be needed in such case. Whole abortion procedure completes within 7 days.
Following medical abortion, you must undergo one USG scan to check for retained bits. In such case, D & C is required.
