Pregnancy Scan Showing Fetal Pole, No Cardiac Activity. Complete Bed Rest Advised. Is There A Problem?

I have gone through scanning and it resulted in 6 weeks of pregnancy and the scan resulted in a small fetal pole but cardiac activity is not yet appreciated and the results are shown as early gestation and my doctor asked me to come in a week days with a complete bed rest of 1 week. Is it any major problem.Kindly help me in this regard

Thanks for writing to us.
At 6 weeks of ultrasonography foetal cardiac activity may not be appreciated as it will appear at 7weeks so you don't worry you should consult a doctor after 1week for repeat ultrasonography as you have completed your 7weeek.
Don't worry.
You should consult a gynaecologist if you have some problem after ultrasonography.
