Precaution And Diet To Follow After Paralysis Attack? First Aid If It Occurs At Home?

hello sir i want to ask 3 question about after first stoke of paralysis to fhe right side. 1- what precaution after stroke? 2- which deit is useful for pateint ? (paralysis ) 3- what is first aid ? if is it occure at home side. plz sir send me maening ful information about this matter . thanks alots i m waiting uyr replay.

Hi thanks for your question
There are three main types of stroke, having different etiologies and needs different precautions.
Generally, on should keep his blood pressure under control.
Factors responsible for increase in blood pressure like, tension, anger should be kept at bay.
As for as diet is concerned, diet low in salt and low in fats and high in fruits and vegetables should be given to stroke patient.
Third part of question first aid at home, these patients should be immediately shifted to ER,at home, try to maintain his /her airway by opening his mouth and keeping his tongue forward, not allowing it to fall back.
Not feeding him anything orally at home.
Transport him/her to hospital in lateral position.
