it is clearly pointing to UTI. recurrent UTI may be due to resistant organisms, though this culture was negative.
you should rule out urinary tract
pathology by an ultrasound
KUB, repeat urine routine and culture, urine AFB by concentration method, other hunts for TB , if mantoux was significant positive. also a blood culture
culture negative UTI is common and you should take good supervised antibiotic regimen and ancillary treatment for UTI.
I would also advise a gynaec. check up for close linked problems./ gynaec infections mimicking UTI.
