I m sure I am pregnant, but could it be something else that s giving off hcg in my urine? Just kinda in shock! Hoping to find out tomorrow when I go to the OB dr but for now I m a nervous wreck!

Hi,
If you are not on any medication containing hCG, and if you missed a period in a previously regular cycle, then you are definitely pregnant. In case you have taken some medication containing hCG as part of infertility treatment, this could give a false positive result. Please get an evaluation done by your gynecologist as well as a sonogram. Good luck.
