Poor Bowel Movement And Gas, Have Had Colonoscopy And Precancerous Anal Polyp Removal. What Could This Be?

I HAVE A LOT OF GAS ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT AND AT TIMES I HAVE VERY LITTLE FECES AND ALOT OF NOISE.i HAD A COLONOSCOPY ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO AND I HAD A PRECANCEROUS POLOP REMOVED ABOUT 5 INCHES IN MY ANUS.I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE POLOPS COMING BACK PLEASE TELL ME THE SIGNS TO LOOK FOR.

I will advise you to get repeat colonoscopy examination for 1. To see the site from where the previous polyp was removed. 2. To see any other lesion in rest of the colon. 3. Previous polyp was precancerous

There may be no sign or they may present with bleeding per rectum, pain abdomen or prolapse of polyp
