Planning For Baby. Had Two Abortions. Prescribed Metformin And Vitamin. Safe?
tring for a baby i am writing for my sister,now she have 38 yrs old.2 times she aborted.1 st time ater 5 monthand next time 2 month she aborted.afterthat she went for treatment.they gave tab metformin,vitamin.in checkup the couple have no problem.now some people told to take oosure.is it good for her?pls suggest me a good hospital thank you by jini

Both drugs are good for the maturity of follicles and proper ovulation. Oosure has supportive role to above medication and it can be used. However, you must consult with your doctor before taking this.
Do unprotected sex close to ovulation day (14 days prior to due date) or within fertile days (12th to 18th day) for high chance. Use ovulation prediction kit to tract ovulation day in mid cycle. Take vitamin-E and folic acid supplemets for 3 months.
Kindly, consult with infertility specialist for proper management. Good luck.

The vitamins are part of protocol so please do not worry about that. The metformin is usually prescribed to patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome to help regularize periods and also help with weight loss.
If you indeed have polycystic ovarian syndrome then the metformin should help, but to this you could also add clomiphene citrate and hCG injections which can increase fertility and thus the chances of conception.
Regarding the oosure, it will help but it is best to consult a doctor regarding the same.
