Pinkish White Colored Nodules On Scrotum. Suspected Scrotal Calcinosis. Any Treatment?

Iam a 24 years old unmarried guy. for the past 2 years i have noticed that there are some (4 to 5) pinkish white coloured nodules developing on my scrotum. when i tried to search in internet, i came to know that this condition is called scrotal calcinosis and it is harmless. however i would like to know what is the cause of this and what is the treatment. Is it necessary to go for a treatment or leave it as it is hoping that it would go away by itself. I feel very shy to approach a doctor and show it, so can i myself puncture it and takeout those nodules.?

Hi
White coloured nodules on your scrotum can be calcinosis.
It is a complication of sebaceous cyst which occurs due to collection related to hair follicle of scrotum.
The complication is called calcification.
It has to be removed by minor surgery.
There is no role of medicines.
They do not resolve spontaneously.please do not puncture.
Consult a surgeon and proceed.
Wish you good health
