Pink Rash In Genital Area, No Bumps. Itching, Ulceration. Herpes?

I m afraid I might have a herpes outbreak , but I do not belive I have been exposed to herpes... I have shaving a few weeks ago down there a day later a slight pink rash accourd like razor burn it has happened before no bumps nothing it was itchy. Soon after the skin broken an a ulcer appeared I have no sickness symptoms which can be related but I m freaking out because there is an open sore can it be herpes

The symptoms you are describing can be herpes,folliculitis,erysepelas etc.
The treatment can be antibiotics orally and topically.
