Pinch In My Heart After Jogging
i feel i pinch on the left side of my heart under my left rib,i feel the pinch 6 mins after i start jogging i am 21

Do you have any other symptoms like sweating, palpitation or Repeated infections??
I don think there is any relation to your jogging and heart. But if you have other symptoms you need a detailed investigation including echo cardiogram.
