Pimples On Face, Increased Pigmentation. Want Cream Without Side Effects

sir, recently my face turn out to be full of small pimples n increase in pigmentation ( darker than before) over my face. i tried using home remedies like lemon, aloe vera gel but the result is same. I want u to recommend some cream without some side effect and also my skin is very sensitive, it easily get sunburn even if i apply sunscreen of SPF50.

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
To treat acne
use a face wash meant for oily skin- Glycolic acid/ salicylic acid based
apply adapalene gel in night and clindamycin gel in day time
Continue application of sunscreen.
Once lesions subside use a Glycolic acid or azelaic acid based cream to reduce marks.
