Periods Started, Having Pregnancy Symptoms. Had Unprotected Sex During Fertile Period. Any Ideas?

I had a reg period on the 4th June. Trying for a baby had unprotected sex during my fertile period. Nausea,headaches,metallic taste in mouth,very hot,cramping,sore back & tired since. Preg test neg 5 days ago. Started my reg period 29th June (lighter then normal) Still have nausea,headaches,cramping,tiredness & metallic taste in mouth. Pregnant? Or just in my head :)

thanks for the query,


It is less likely that you could be pregnant due to the fact that
-your pregnancy test came back negative and
-the fact that you have started having your menses

Menstrual bleeding does come with clot and last 2 to 7 days.

The symptoms you had could be due to pre-menstrual syndrome

or another disease condition that warrants investigation.

You should meet your doctor if symptoms persist for detail examination

and tests.
