Periods, Painful, Vomiting, Dark Brown Colour Clots. What's The Cause And Possible Cure?

Yesterday my cycle came down and it was very painful which isn't really normal for me because normally i only get minor pains. I also had two blood clots that came out of me and i started vomiting and it was a dark brown color...and i hadnt ate for hours before the vomited started. can you tell me any info on what this might be or whats the cause of it?

The vomiting out dark brown color has to be taken into consideration.doing an endoscopy is advisable, to know the cause.
Painful menstrution is quite normal for 1to 2 days , if it is not associated with severe bleeding, otherwise an gynaecological examination is needed.
