Period Twice A Month, Tummy Cramps, Backache, Headache, Kidney Pain. Did Novasure Surgery. Related

Hi , I did novasure surgery 21.12.2009. I d got priod monthly about one year. unfortunately from end of the 2010 I ve got period twice a month. First time prieod included by pain under tummy, backache , headache and blood about 10 drips with stronge and strange pain. I have to use express 6 times a day Ibo prophen and for second time I have got strong discharge with dark brown blood about 6 days. So pain is increased and I feel as bad as pain in kidneys and my disc and tummy. Unfortunately my tummy getting bigger than in past. I don t know what happened for me. Could you please tell me, what shall I do? Thank you so much for helping me.

The increase in the pain in the abdomen and having cycles twice in a month is suggestive of a hormonal imbalance or an endometrial hyperplasia. You may consider going for endometrial ablation again after proper investigations.
