Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

If hematuria( blood in urine) is persistent ,then he should definitely be examined by urosurgeon.Urethra may get injured due to trauma and that is leading to hematuria. He can be treated conservatively first , and if any symptoms persists then he may need further investigation like micturating cysto urethrogram .

Take Care
