Penis Dry, Itchy, White Bumps, Burning Sensation, Balls Itch. What Could Be The Cause?

Hi I just came home from work and took off my clothes and noticed that my penis was dry and itchy and has really small pin point white bumps and sheds of skin and kind of burning when I pee and it itches on my balls under the penis and Is red too work hard all day and sweat working construction I am 19 and have a girlfriend can you help me??

Hi there ~

I understand your condition. I think that you might have a problem with genital hygiene since you describe your work to be very hard cumbersome and sweat a lot. I believe there are medications that can help cure your infection, and a consultation with a sexologist or a local doctor will help with the medications needed. I also believe you should look up good genital hygiene and keep the area dry and clean to avoid any such infections in the future. If you have a girlfriend it might be good to have you both tested for UTI/STIs and see if you have a urinary tract or a sexually transmitted - infection which can also be treated.
