Pelvis Area Is Red, Painful, Rash, Very Uncomfortable. Very Painful During Intercourse. Anything To Worry?

my pelvis area is red and painful, with a little rash. It is very uncomfortable and at times , there feels like sharp pain in the pelvis area. If I have intercourse, the pelvis area gets even worse. I have used many different creams for it and
it starts to clear and then the redness comes right back. It seems worst at certain times of the month. I am 58 years old and this has been going on since April.

Hello

As per your history there can be problem of contact dermatitis or any suboptimal viral illness .
This can be due to low immunity also
I will advise to do blood investigation and allergy test.
Systemic antiallergen will help to reduce symptoms.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
