Peeling Fingertips, Red Spot, Pain, No Itching, Becomes Violent

I a 22 year old female and I have had peeling fingertips for over a year. Recently I started getting sore spots on my fingers and hands that usually start with a small red spot and is tender to the touch, but usually subsided in 24 hours. It does not itch

Peeling of the skin on finger tips..,
and causing sore on that part..,
Usually due to Detergent soap allergy..,
It is called IRRITANT DERMATITIS..,
So evaluate it...
Treatment is...
1) Dip Ur fingers and toes into the Lukewarm water which ..,
is added by salt and KMno4 powder..,
2) Tab..Levocerizine daily for 15 days..,
3) Betamethasone and Gentamycin cream apply on affected part..,
4) Tab Ofloxacin 200 mg 2 times daqily for 3 days..,
