Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

frequent urination with bloating feeling and headache could mostly mean an urinary tract infection, this can manifest as anorexia, loss of appetite , generalized weakness, fever, headache, etc

1. drink lot of fluids daily
2.maintain good private hygiene.
3. avoid eating out and avoid spicy food, go for green leafy vegetables, home made food, regular eating habits.
4. see a doctor for a urine routine investigation and further follow up if it turns out to be a UTI

Wish you a speedy recovery
