Passing excessive gas, foul smell. Cut down dairy products due to lactose intolerance. Cure?

Hello, I have a question about my colon . Recently i have been farting a lot lately, more than ever, and it smells just terrible. I have been doing some research online and have found that this might be the cause of lactose intolerance . I have cut out as much dairy as much as i can out of my diet , and the symptoms are a lot better, but i still fart quite a bit and it still smells awful. I ve found out that two of my uncles had a lactose intolerance around my age, but it eventually went away. I am 15 years old.

Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that the symptom is suggestive of intestinal infection, in my opinion it is better to have, Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, and no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
