Passed Out Little Piece Of Tissue With No Bleeding During Pregnancy. Was It A Miscarriage?

I have been trying to get pregnant. Last night I passed what looked like a little piece of tissue. No bleeding or anything. Today, I have really bad back pain and abdominal pain. Could I be having a miscarriage? I started my last menstrual cycle on November 10.

Hello dear, do a urine pregnancy test at home and see the results. If positive consult your gynecologist for further management. If negative wait for periods as it could just be a start of that time. Take care and all the best.
