Hi I had a miscarriage This year.. Ever since my periods have become increasingly painful.. I ve suffered thrush several times.. Constipation and diorehae... cystitis .. Heavier periods, tender ovaries extreme lower back and abdominal pain .. My periods are more frequent.. The pain is so intense it makes me feel sick.. My periods were extremely irregular when I was younger I once went six months without one.. I feel more tired.. What is it please help
