Painful Lump In Armpit During Periods Reduced Later. No Lumps In Breast. PMS Symptoms?

Sir, I've noticed a lump in my armpit back that really freaked me out.
In time I've noticed a patern: a week before my period I get this painful lump in my armpit.
After my period the pain goes away and the lump is much smaller (I can barely find it).
I know that part of the PMS symptoms is the pain in the breast. Would this be the same except in my armpit?
I'm worried about breast cancer so I'm going crazy here. No lumps in my breast.
At least not big enough that I could feel.

Hello,

Swelling in the axilla is mostly due to lymph nodal swelling.

It may be due to infection in the draining area, Lymph node TB or cancer.

You may need

1. FNAC of the swelling.
2. Antibiotic if the swelling is due to infection.
3. ATT if it is due to TB
4. If it shows any cancerous lesion then the primary needs to be identified and treated accordingly.
