Painful Heel And Neck. Exercising Since 6 Months. Suggestions?
Hi ,
I am a 34 year old male. 167 CM tall and weigh 76 Kgs.
I started gymming around 6 months and have been fairly regular. Was weighing 81.3 kgs when i started and have reduced to 76 Kg through a combination of weights exercises and cardio.
Since last couple of months I have noticed a heel pain , more on the right heel . This is more severe in the early mornings. And reduces through the day. it is painful too touch , if I am pressing hard.
Also while doing chin ups often i end up getting a sprain in neck. Mostly the pain is felt on the left side of the rear of the neck
