Painful Cut In Lower Lip. Suggestions?
Hi. My name is Yanik. IM' french speaking, but i'll try to be understandable. I had an accident at the hockey gamen tonight, and made a largge cut into my mouth, inside lower lip, very low. (made with my own lower theeths) It make a hole nearly the size of a piece of 25 cents. I wonder if thers something to do, cause it hurt when i try to eat, even ig a go very slow and little pieces... Can you help me, please?

Normally small wounds like you mentioned get healed of their own.
Saliva of mouth acts like a natural antibiotic and cleanser.
Anti biotics are required if you are diabetic.
For pain and swelling apply ice locally and take some anti inflammatory like ibuprofen 400 mg for few days.
It would heal of its own.
There is nothing to worry.
If the wound is big,only then stitches are applied.
