Pain While Ejaculating, BPH, Normal Urine Test For Prostatitis, Hard To Pass Urine, On And Off Pain In Testicles
i have been experiencing pain when ejaculating not every time i ejaculate but it definatly is present at times. it has been happening for about 6 or 7 months. im only 25 and a little worried it might be BPH. i got a urine test for prostatitis and was clear. should i jus get checked at a urologist? sometimes it is hard to pass urine however it doesnt seem i am passing urine more times than normal. sometimes there will be pain at the end of the passing, and also urine will drip a little. i have experienced pain in testicles on and off within these 6 - 7 months too but is not consistent.. if anyone has any information i would be very grateful thanks..
hi, you may have prostatitis (inflammation/swelling of prostate). This may or may not be due to infection by bacteria, so urine tests and urine culture may be normal. Get checked by a urologist, he/she may advise you a few tests, a sonography and if needed, a urine flow test. If prostatitis is proved, usually a 1-2 month course of medicines will help. Good luck.
