Anesthesiologist 's  Response
You are most likely suffering from a condition called Plantar fascitis. It is the inflammation of a fibrous tissue joining your toes and heel. It is more common in people who stand for a long time and athletes. The best thing to do is to
1] Avoid standing for long hours
2]do not run on hard surface
3]use soft cushioned soles with adequate support for the arch.
If you still have pain consult an orthopedician.
