Pain on deep breathing, body pain post a fall. Remedy?

I was stepping out of the truck yesterday (it was icy) and my feet came out from under me. I bounced my head off of the cement and must have hit a little more on the left side since it is worse than the right. I had a bump on the back of my head, which is now pretty much gone. It got worse as the day went on and I was having some problems breathing which have calmed down some. Only deep breaths bother. My butt, back, neck , elbow , knee on the left side are bothered the most. It feels like I did 1000 ab crunches on my lower stomach. Not really sure if I can just take it easy to see if I start feeling better or what?

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you had suffered from soft tissue injury.
Proper rest will increase the recovery process.

You can take painkiller like Ibuprofen one tablet twice a day after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once a day empty stomach.

I would also suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

I hope this is helpful to you.
