Pain In The Upper Chest And Abdomen. Have Hypertension. Headaches And Lightheadedness. Do I Have A Malabsorption Problem?

I have had pain around upper chest/abdimnalarea for 3 weeks now. I did go see my HCP ,aRNP who noticed my outrageously high BP reading, !80/105 >so she addressed that issue. We had 1 dosage change >that didn't help so next thing she did switch me from Propanolol to a new drug to me LABELETOL. My Bad headaches have diminished down to a dull throb. So I can at least think more clearlywithout being lightheaded.
But in those 2 weeks of taking care of that medical symptom, I noticed my upset stomach ,becoming more like my IBS symptoms,then got worse to where no tolerance of anything acidic, plus I could feel my throat or airway becoming more constricted. On my diet, I gave up drinking any coffee,(Cold turkey) I drank a lot of coffee. Gave up beer, alcohol, any oil&vinegar dressing and any bread(gluten free). Diet consisted of soft foods like Jello, Soup,Tuna, Shrimp, Bacon, Ham/cheese, Yogurtsss, Milk (seems to be OK), Bananas. Is this a diet issue? A malabsorption issue? Or more serious > someone told me of their Hiatyl Hernias they had? I don't have health insurance and I push myself to keep working as I am only parttime. Am I causing symtoms to get worse by continuing to work with these symptoms??I take 500mg, B12, Fish Oil, Vit D, Trazadone 100mg, Veraprimil 240mg, Fluoxitine , Nuvigil,240, and Labeletol.

First time when they checked your B P, it was 180/105 mm of Hg ( normal reading of B P is 120/80).
High Blood pressure causes chest pain, palpitation,fullness in abdomen & stomach area as you were feeling on that day.
Before these symptoms your eating habit were very prone to develop hypertension and hyper acidity.
Both were present when you got pain first time.
Neither it is a mal-absorption or I B S.
This is a case of hypertension and gastritis.
So consult a physician and get in his opinion.
After many test he will start his treatment.
