Pain in the throat. Pain near the Adams apple. Muscle strain?

Hello I am having a throat issue, I dont feel as if I have a cold or any thing but a few days ago my throat started to hurt. It is not overbearing and it feels as if it is more on the outside under my adams apple. It does not hurt when I swallow it does however hurt when I touch it. Kind of reminds me of maybe a muscle strain feeling. Please Help.

thanks for your query.
History seems that it could be a subhyoid bursitis or tendonitis.
Take some anti inflammatory drug like tab Chymoral Plus twice a day for 3 days.
Avoid repeated manipulations on that area.
Observe wether it increase in size, if so consult ENT specialist.
Thanks a lot, Nice day.
