Pain In The Neck And Shoulder. Could I Be Pregnant? History Of Ectopic Pregnancies
Hiya I'm not sure if I slept funny for 3 nights as I slept on my mates sofa bed but I've had aching pains from ma neck to my shoulder also I'm not sure if I'm pregnant as I tuck a pregnancy test and day there was a bright line n a faint line but when I tuck a different test today it come up negative so could I be pregnant and these shoulder n neck pain dur to me having a ectopic pregnancy as last June I had my left tube removed from a ectopic went on the injection and fell pregnant with a normal pregnancy but had to abort as I was 100 miles away from the dad and with the two children I've got it would of been to much on ma own so could I be pregnant n having a ectopic pregnancy also I could of only got pregnant 2 to 3 weeks ago hope you can give me some advice

Thanks for the query.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, then there is possibility of pregnancy.
Urine pregnancy test kits may not detect early pregnancies sometimes.
And also ectopic pregnancy may not repeat all the time.
So you either go for blood test for pregnancy once or wait for one more week and repeat the urine test.
If the symptoms increase once consult gynecologist and get evaluated.
