Pain In The Lower Stomach And Back, Painful Bowel Movements, Diarrhea And Dizziness. Do I Have IBS?
Age: 22. This is now 4th day of symptoms... Pains in lower stomach and back pain . very sore stomach pain before, at the time and after passing stools , had diarrhoea twice in the last 3 days. On 2nd day had a temperature of 39.7 degrees - feeling dizzy and sick - recently told I may have IBS however medication never seems to help - first time I have had these symptoms as bad as this.
