Pain In The Chest. Had Lung TB In The Past. Worried

i am 23 years old and i was mdr lung tb patient from 2008-2010 but three weeks back i have bloody sputum but no lung pain or any symtom that is related to tb, i took ethemsylate and it got well now these morning when i wake up i started having pain in the centre of my chest, what could be the reason,, my sputum results are all negative,, please help me, thank you

Welcome to HCM.
Sometime blood in sputum come with coughing in severe lung infection.
You have go for x-ray chest pa.view first. Investigations like CBC,ESR and sputum for three consecutive day.
Tb should be rule out than start antibiotic and other supportive medicine.
