Pain In Stomach, Rectal Bleeding, Vertigo. Family History Of Heart Attack

HI, My husband has pain, not constant, a couple times a day in upper left stoamch near center, vertigo , and had some rectal bleeding . He said he lifted something heavy thats why he had the rectal bleeding. Not spots but lots of blood in toilet. This happened twice. Vertigo has been for two days now. Blood pressure , 136/85, 120/80. Father died at age 46 of heart attack . My husband is 47
