Hi, I had a c section 7 months ago since then I have suffered from pelvic pain (twinges) in anus aswell constantly bloated, gas, constant change in bowel movements, pain when I insert Tampon and back pain also generally achey all over. And a month ago I noticed a lump on my nipple that has got bigger and solid but painful to the touch that has inverted my nipple and a constant tight chest. Any thoughts would be much appreciated??? General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Feeling bloated, gas, and constant change in bowel movements are normal symptoms after giving birth through c-section. So, I'd suggest to

- eat more fiber foods
- drink more water
- examine stool for ova/parasites
- if no improvement, consult GI specialist

Pain when you insert tampon could be due to vaginal infection. I suggest to

- do vaginal swab testing
- urine analysis
- transvaginal echo

to rule out/determine infection and get proper treatment via vagina and orally too.

The lump you noticed in your breast inverting your nipple could be because of:

- infection of milk-glands in the breast
- tumor of breast

I suggest to do ultrasound of breast and consult your physician for further evaluation and treatment.

All the best!
