Pain In Pelvic Bone Area. Tenderness, Ear Ringing, Imbalance. Concerned

I ve been experiencing a sort of shooting pain that seems to originate somewhere in the upper FRONT pelvic bone area, and moves around to the side of the pelvic area. It seems like it s just under the skin, seems to traverse about 2, 3 inches, lasts a second, sometimes painfully longer. I can massage the area and it s tender. This started about 5 - 7 months ago. Last night it happened and came and went for about 2, 3 minutes -- the first time it s happened that way. Usually it s just one shot, so to speak. I m 63 years old, female, 5 5 , 128 pounds, good health, though I have to say my left ear started ringing quite a bit, also about 5 - 7 months ago, and recently, just to make me even more concerned, I ve been experiencing sensations of imbalance.
