Pain In Lower Legs Starting From Knees Down To Toes For Long Time Worsened With Heat. History Of Failed Hip Replacement Surgery. Advice

have pain in my lower legs very painful to touch .starts at knees down to toes,I feel it is in my bones .
ihave had this problem for many years but as I've got older it has got wwores and the heat has made it very difficult especialy at nights, having to get up for the pain.
i had a hip replacement wich didn't go so well, but doesn;t give me much problems

Hi, probably it is due to the compression of the nerves, or the obstacle to the passage of the blood through the arteries.Or it may be due to some changes in the muscles.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 5 consecutive days. muscle relaxant analgesics, for relief and advise him to consult an orthopedic surgeon. Thank you.
