Please try to understand the need for joint replacement is decided on the basis of age of patient and more importantly extent of joint damage by MRI scan ..next out of two procedures minimally invasive is better but which procedure should be done is to be decided by operating orthopaedic surgeon ...surgery should be got done from surgeon who is more expert in what mode ...all these things should be discussed with operating surgeon before surgery
