Pain In Left Side During Periods, Fever, Constant Lower Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Diarrhoea
I started having sharp and sudden pains in my left side during my period. 4 days later, I have a fever , constant severe pain in the lower abdominal area. I feel bloated, I feel like I can t empty my bladder . I just pee a little each time. I am very sick to my stomach and I have nausea and diarehha. I really feel like dying. This hurts bad.

It seems that you might have acute urinary tract infection giving rise to all problems.
Go for urine check up for UTI.
Go for urinary antibiotic medicine.
Take anti spasmodic tab. like Meftal spas or Cyclopam as and when require.
Take plenty of water.
