Pain In Left Hand, Shoots Up Into Elbow. What Could Be This?

Hi I have been having a pain in my left hand all day today. It's actually the ring finger, it feels like it could be the vain but hard to describe as I've never felt anything like this. It sometimes feels like when the pain gets strong it shoots up into my elbow. The pain is actually in the bend of my finger like in behind the knuckle

Pain at your knuckle of left ring finger seems to be inflammatory in nature. It could be due to tendonitis . You can take anti inflammatory drug like ibuprofen to relieve pain and inflammation. If it persists, I suggest you to get it evaluated by your doctor.
