Pain In Left Chest, ECG Normal. Having Gas Problem. Can It Cause Chest Pain?

Iam suwalal 35 old, today i feel pain in left chest and i meet Dr. I got ECG and Dr. told me is Ok , I have gass problem. I want to know gass make like this problem and my ECG report is HR 81 bpm, Dur 102 ms, PR int 143 ms, QRS Dur 105, QT/QTC int 348/406 ms, P/QRS/T axis 42/87/30, RV5/SV1 1.165/0.480 mV, RV5+SV1 1.645 mV, and RV6/SV2 0.867/1.058 mV. Iam safe?

Hello,

Gastritis sometimes mimics chest pain.

It is mostly a referred pain.

Your ECG is quite OK.

You may need to

1. Control your Gastritis with Proton pump inhibitor.

2. Eat Bland diet.

3. Avoid Alcohol and Smoking if any
