Pain In Kidney Area, Pretty Sure It's A Stone. How To Get Rid?

I have sudden onset of severe pain in my left kidney area about 3 hours ago. It waxes and waines, but is very sharp in nature. I have no difficulty, pain, or visible blood in my urine. It is now radiating up to my left shoulder area and around my left side toward my groin area. The radiating pain is dull and achy. I feel better sitting and slightly bent over forward and off to the left a bit. Pretty sure it's a stone. I'm trying to ride it out. Thoughts? I hurt pretty bad.
