Pain In Head In Back And Front Temple Areas After Getting Hit On Jaw. Taking Tylenol. Anything To Worry?

My son and I were wrestling and hit me under my jaw very hard. I immediately got a headache behind my head and front temple areas. I have had no other symptoms. It has been 4 hours since it happened and the headache has subsided, but has not gone away. I took Tylenol for the pain. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Hello,
As you have no other symptoms except headache nothing to worry much about it. I advice you to continue tylenol and wait for the change but if still persists and if there is increase in intensity then consult your nearest physician for examniation of your jaw to rule out any fractures as mostly there wont be but just for the confirmation. You can also take ibuprofen for pain if it is more.Thank you.
