Pain In Hamstring, Weakness In Legs After Doing Forced Splits. Is It Pulled Muscle?

Hey, I was doing the splits. I m always 1 inch closer to doing it and today I forced myself and did it all the way. And after I was done my hamstring started hurting when I walk and my leg felt weak. Did I pulled something? Is this bad.? I m scared /.\

You need to provide adequate rest to the area. Icing and talking mild pain killers with muscle relaxants will help. Physical modality for 2 weeks and then start exercise for hamstring stretching under supervision.
