think yor imagination is good
it seem to be hernia inguinal
get consultation of surgoen to remove it
during exercises the pressure brings down parts of abdominal contets and there is pain
but after continuation of hernia even small excersise can do it
it depends on th area where pressue isthere on the nerve and contenre moving cusing pain at diffrent regions according to nerve affected by pressure
you can use tight langot to revent coming abdominal parts in inguinal ara
and can use analgesic so till you get consultation and decide for surgery
